We’re Greater BrightON it … that’s the signal from the City Region as it launches a new brand and website aimed at attracting more investment, job opportunities and climate change tackling technologies here.
The brand and website, a collaboration between Greater Brighton and two local companies 25Above and Huxley, replaces the brand and website which has been in existence since 2014 when the City Region, a legally constituted body aimed at protecting and growing the economy, was formed.
Placing the emphasis on the last two letters of the region’s name the idea is to promote Greater Brighton as a dynamic place which is one of the best places in the UK to live but also has cutting-edge companies and a highly skilled workforce. Attracting more investment into the region is a key part of Greater Brighton’s role. Branding and marketing is recognised as an important tool in attracting investment, people and talent to any area.
