Crawley Borough Council logoGreen Flag-bearing Tilgate Park covers more than 160 acres of woodland, lawns and gardens, criss-crossed with paths and bridleways for leisurely countryside walks and strolls around its lakes.

The popular park is home to species of tree from around the world, including China, Africa, Europe and America.

Tilgate Park is also home to Tilgate Nature Centre, a mini zoo that is home to more than 100 different species of animal, from otters to owls, tapir to terrapins, reindeer to raccoon dogs.
