At Amberley you can explore four different aspects of Sussex history in one place – and all amongst beautiful countryside.
The open air museum houses collections to celebrate the history of transport, communications, craft and industry, including early road and railway vehicles, radio and telephone equipment.
Visitors can also watch demonstrations of ancient traders like blacksmiths, wood turners and printers – in original buildings transplanted brick by brick to the site from their original locations in the south east.
