On November 5 each year, communities across the country celebrate Bonfire Night – but none more so than Lewes.
Tens of thousands of people flock to the town each year to watch the torch-lit processions of effigies being carried through the streets to the ceremonial burnings.
The large-scale bonfires are accompanied by loud and spectacular firework displays to wow the crowds.
