Brighton Festival LogoFor more than 50 years, the Brighton Festival has been drawing huge crowds to the city for exciting performances from international stars and local talent.

It has grown to become the largest curated arts festival in England, using sites across Brighton and Hove for music, theatre, dance, cabaret, art, literature, circus acts and many more genres each May.

Each year a different cultural icon guest curates the festival programme, bringing their own sense of style and focus to events.

One of the most eye-catching moments is the Children’s Parade each year, which opens the festival and features thousands of young people from more than 60 schools in the city alongside musicians and choreographers.
